Guided tours are available to know more about the production and elaboration of Olive Oil in local companies as FINCA HERRIZA LA LOBILLA and ACEITES 1881.

Outstanding local dishes include REPAPALILLAS (cod fritter), ARDORIA (a thick gazpacho), lOCAL STEWS, MIGAS (breadcrumbs) and PIG’S TROTTERS, among many others.

Famous sweets and desserts include GACHAS DE SAN ARCADIO, TORTAS DE LECHE, ALDEANAS, TORRIJAS, MAGDALENAS and MANTECADOS.

Knowing that Osuna has traditionally had a cattle activity, its artisan production of cheeses and derivatives has recently been enhanced thanks to PRODUCTOS ALIMENTARIOS QUESI.
