Walk the beautiful trails that draw the natural map of this route. You will discover lakes, sierras, protected spaces and large crop fields which reflect the richness of landscapes of this land.

This beautiful Andalusian countryside in all of its splendor covers hilly trails like those found in the Subbética natural park (classified as a Geopark by UNESCO), the Sierra de Cabra or the impressive natural balcony that is the Sierra de Aras.

The Mediterranean forest’s main features lie in the Tajos de la Sierra Sur de Jaén, while the countryside boasts lagoons and protected spaces for species unique to these lands.

Caminos de Pasión’s nature seems to have been created for all to enjoy. The range of nature-related activities makes our trail an attractive place for active tourism. You can practice climbing, potholing, paragliding, boating and various adventures sports in rivers and canyons.

If you are planning a calmer trip, you can enjoy our hiking trails and vía verdes (old railway lines now used as a hiking path), where you can be in direct contact with nature on foot, by bike or on horseback. If travelling with family or friends, why not have a go at archery or paintballing, and if you are interested in fauna, there are plenty of chances to practice birdwatching or visit a bull farm.

Your Caminos de Pasión countryside experience can give you the opportunity to get closer to agriculture too. Would you like to take part in a guided tour of an organic olive grove? Do you know how the best olives of this land are harvested? In the countryside, you will discover some of the secrets of Andalusia’s rich cuisine.
