Utreace are olive producers, mostly of the Gordal variety. Their groves have been improved over centuries and generations to achieve an olive of unsurpassed quality; its heart shape, with a meaty and juicy mouthfeel, makes it a healthy and delicious snack in every sense.

Fifteen percent of their olive production is processed into oil and marketed under the name "El Molino de Utrera." Made with Manzanilla and Zorzaleña olives, both native to the region, their oil is a unique product of exceptional quality, with an aroma reminiscent of the pure, concentrated oil of yesteryear.
