Quesos Sierra Sur SCA is a company dedicated to the artisanal production of cheeses since 1994 in the small village of Ermita Nueva, in Alcalá la Real, an area with a great livestock tradition that finds in its sheep's milk cheeses the best way to transmit the flavor of the Sierra Sur de Jaén.
