Located in the Plaza de la Constitución, Pastelería Cordero is a confectionery shop with nearly 100 years of tradition, a landmark of Utrera's exquisite pastry scene. The business is now run by the third generation: Mariló, Marisa, and Jesús Cordero. One of the shop's star sweets is the cream-filled pastry, popularly known as "lamb's tongues," along with other treats such as brazo de gitano (a type of rolled cake), toasted cream and dulce de leche pastries, mostachones (almond macaroons), bizcotelas (sponge cakes), and pine nut doughnuts.
