The "Old Mill" Oil Museum installed in a stone buildingIt is a clear example of 19th-century industrial architecture. A place to travel back in time, admiring the different methods and contraptions invented to extract liquid gold: olive oil.

In the first section, Greek, Egyptian, and Roman engravings illustrate the significance of olive oil to these civilizations and how highly they valued its health and cosmetic qualities, elevating the olive tree and its fruit to a sacred status. The second section features esparto grass weaving, a traditional animal-powered mill, presses and storage methods, a belt mill, and the museum's crown jewel: a 17th-century beam mill constructed of oak and limestone.
