The house of Leopoldo Lemoniez, also known as the Lemoniez house, is located on San Sebastián Street, opposite Contralmirante Delgado Parejo Street. It was built by this French engineer around 1.888 as his own residence on land granted to him by the City Council.
The most striking feature of the building is its façade, which uses two-tone brick to create a checkerboard pattern across the entire surface. The stone lintels are carved with plant motifs, and the beautifully crafted ironwork is cast iron from Seville.
