It is located in the Victoria area, at the start of the former calle Ancha, currently named Contralmirante Delgado Parejo. It was built in 1926, in accordance with the plans and elevation sent from Seville by Aníbal González, a celebrated architect.

There are ceramic tiles on the façade, Renaissance-style ironwork, squint bricks and white-washed walls within the regionalist style, which was in fashion during those years. This architect was an ambassador of this style.
