Quesos Sierra Sur is a company that produces artisan cheese. It was founded in 1994 in the small village Ermita Nueva in Álcala la Real. This area has a long cattle tradition and its sheep’s cheese perfectly transmits Sierra Sur de Jaén’s flavour.
A tour of the company’s factory shows visitors how its cheese is traditionally made, ensuring the finest of details so that a high quality product is obtained.Visitors can sample the different varieties of cheese at the end of the tour.
