Patisserie founded by Antonio Vaca in September 1990. They make the typical pastries from Carmona such as ‘torta inglesa’ (literally English Cake), galletas fritas (fried biscuits), pestiños (honey-coated fritters) and torrijas (French toast) during Lent and Holy Week. 

They offer ‘torta inglesa’ in various flavours, traditional flavour with angel’s hair, and others such as nutella, meringue, kinder bueno, crème brûlée, raspberry, and others.
