Molino del Genil is a Spanish company with private capital. It produces olive oil, especially Extra Virgin olive oil, and grinds olives from their own fields and farms controlled directly by their staff. In the 2013-2014 season, the company ground more than 60 million kilograms of Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca olives.
The olive mill was built on La Suerte farm, which has belonged to the Martínez-Sagrera family since 1946. The family founded Molino del Genil, S.L. to manage the farm and all of the olive production process: farming, processing and marketing. Our objective is to treat all of the farming stages with the same high-quality control, using the best practices for farming, harvesting and extracting as well as preservation, therefore achieving the best quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil possible.
