This building was formerly the ancient Trinidad Convent. It is a 18th century manor that belonged to the Fernandez de Moya family. It is of Neoclassical design and the completion date is found on façade: 1752. The façade is sober and moulded, with bossed masonry on its side openings and a central balcony topped by a broken pediment.
