Since the bodega was first formed, in around 1890, the Bodegas Torres Burgos vineyards have been located on Moriles high estates, an area renowned for producing the best quality Montilla-Moriles wines.

This is where the Pedro Ximénez grapes are grown and harvested. They are then taken to the bodega in Lucena, where the must is extracted and classified in depending on its qualities, to later be fermented and transferred to wine casks.
